Congratulations to Speed School & Lions Lacrosse student-athlete Jack Coughlin. Jack  (pictured second row, second player from left) was selected this summer as one of the top youth lacrosse players in the United States (midfielder, 2021 class).

In July, Coughlin was invited to participate in the 2015 National Lacrosse Federation All-Star Showcase held in Boston, MA. Coughlin had the opportunity to meet and compete with players from national powerhouse lacrosse programs including the Baltimore Crabs, Long Island Team 91 (2015 Warrior World Champions), Boston Laxachusetts, Bethesda Lacrosse Club and New Jersey Leading Edge. During the three day event, the players received instruction from top college coaches and competed in an all-star tournament. Coughlin’s team went undefeated and was crowned tournament champions. Coughlin contributed a goal in the championship game which the team won 7-6 in overtime. Coughlin plays for Speed School's Lions lacrosse program that is made up of players from Bethany, Milford, Orange, Woodbridge and the surrounding area.  Way to go Jack!
